Board of Directors
Dir. of Player Personnel, Dallas Mavericks
Ronzone is currently the Player Personnel Director for the Dallas Mavericks. From 2008-2013, he was the Director of Scouting for the USA Basketball Olympic Team. In 2012 he became an Olympic Gold Medalist when the USA Basketball team won the Olympics game. He worked with the Minnesota Timberwolves as their Assistant GM/Player Personnel from 2010-2011. From 2005-2010 he was the Director of Basketball Operations for Detroit Pistons. While he was the Director of International Scouting for the Pistons (2001-2005) he became an NBA Champion (2004).
Fran Fraschilla joined ESPN as a college basketball analyst in 2003. Fraschilla also provides commentary for the NBA Draft, the FIBA Basketball World Cup and has covered the NBA and high schools basketball. Fraschilla coached at the collegiate level for 23 years, posting an overall record of 175-100. Head Coach at New Mexico, St. Johns and Manhattan College. When he joined ESPN, he ranked as the 34th winningest active coach in men’s college basketball. His teams made eight post-season appearances in nine years, including three NCAA Tournaments (1993, 1995 and 1998).
Head Coach, Memphis Grizzlies
Bickerstaff is currently the head coach for the Memphis Grizzlies. Prior to that, he was the interim head coach for the Houston Rockets and has also been an assistant coach for several NBA teams. He spent three seasons (2004–2007) with the Charlotte Bobcats as an assistant coach, before spending four (2007–2011) seasons as an assistant coach for the Minnesota Timberwolves. He was hired as an assistant coach by the Rockets from 2011-2016. Prior to that, he served as the director of operations for the University of Minnesota men’s basketball program where he oversaw all administrative areas of the program. Bickerstaff played collegiately at Oregon State and finished his career at the University of Minnesota.
Head Coach, Brooklyn Nets
Atkinson joined the Nets after spending the past four seasons as an assistant coach with the Atlanta Hawks. The Hawks made playoff appearances in each of Atkinson’s four seasons. Atkinson served on the 2015 Eastern Conference All-Star coaching staff, and he guided Team World in the BBVA Compass Rising Stars Challenge during All-Star weekend in New York. Prior to his tenure with the Hawks, Atkinson was an assistant coach for four seasons with the New York Knicks (2008-12), helping the team reach the postseason in 2011 and 2012. Atkinson also spent one season as the director of player development for the Houston Rockets (2007-08).
Head Coach, Lokomotiv Kuban
Donewald has coaching experience at almost every level of professional basketball. He was an NBA assistant with the Cleveland Cavaliers, Charlotte Hornets and New Orleans Hornets from 2001 to 2004. Prior to joining the Jilin Tigers, Donewald was the head coach for the Shanghai Sharks of the CBA, as well as the Iowa Energy of the NBA D-League. Donewald coached the Chinese men’s national basketball team from 2010 to 2012. He led China to both this 2010 Asain Games and the 2011 FIBA Asia Champoinship titles during his tenure, and coached them in the 2012 London Olympics. Bob has also coached in college, London, Brazil, and the Ukraine.
